- Access to LegalCloudCabinet features requires subscription payment.
- Fees are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected plan.
- We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your files, documents, and case information.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Storage & Limits
- Storage limits are defined by your subscription plan.
- We may remove content exceeding limits after notification.
- You are responsible for managing your storage usage.
5. Intellectual Property
- Legal Cloud Cabinet owns all intellectual property rights in the platform.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform.
6. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data may be removed (subject to backup policies).
7. Limitation of Liability
- We provide the platform “as is”.
- LegalCloudCabinet is not liable for damages arising from lost data, service interruptions, or incorrect legal use of documents.
- You assume responsibility for verifying all generated documents.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify LegalCloudCabinet from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
